Thank you so much for the reply with the correct suggestion, qt6 fixed the problem, also I noticed qt5 has some font issues which was little smaller than qt6.

This problem (In the Picture Below link) Was fixed in 4.5.0... But Reappaered in 4.5.1

Problem Solved 

In new 3.2.3 version i didn't notice the Icon change option in Display area.....

it was Dark Monochrome Icon, when i changed it to normal, it seems okay....
