There is nothing for qbt to "resolve." If you are downloading from a reliable source, like, HERE, it's a false positive. You simply have to override your AV and install the program.

You can only upload/download as fast as the people you are connected to can seed/download, as those factors always vary, not to mention the endless quirks of the internet, your speeds will always be erratic. Nature of the beast.

first guess would be your download directory changed, either the drive died, or the path changed. But, with the very little troubleshooting info you provided, anything will just be a guess.

What settings criteria (Windows, 4.4.x) must be met for the "Ignore share ratio limits for this torrent" to be available, while creating a torrent?

Sounds like you already have this downloaded

Virtually nothing. Do you have seeds? If there are no seeds it's then all you can do is wait until someone comes online who has more/all of the file you are looking for. Alternately, you can look for the same file at other trackers.

Did you download it from here? It's a false positive. Did you download it elsewhere? well, why would you do that? If you can't accept that, find a different client.
