I decided to have a look at the Nvidia Control Panel (not part of Windows, it comes with the Nvidia GTX graphics). I just noticed that it also continues to have teeny tiny text in the working part of the window. While the drop-down menu items File Edit Desktop Display... that text is properly sized ...

I'm running 64-bit qBittorrent in Win11. I had to set the Win11 Scaling and Text Size both to 175% to get apps and window text, icons, and check boxes to be decent sized.
