- Just pick any port your VPN allows.
- Once all set up, go into qBittorrent Settings -> Connection and put in the same number.

OOM is unrelated to the build. It's your OS.
Like you can adjust how aggressive it is, you can disable it, etc etc.

You have to grab the Qt6 variant from the website... the default one is NOT Qt6.

If you run Qt6, it will pick your system's font size. If it's 150%, it will be 150%.

Yes. Remove that junk malwarebytes please. It's nothing but snakeoil malware at this point. It was great. 10 years ago, with the 1.0 version.

Why do you get the warning?
Because qBittorrent has to connect to IPs for DHT and trackers. But, MalwareBytes marks these (falsely) as malicious. Again, just ...

I mean, there is a way (portable mode) to run qBittorrent multiple times. But having one run like 100 torrents is nothing on a modern PC. Even 1000 torrents is easy. People split them up when they run over 10,000 or 20,000 torrents.

You just have to start them all.

If you would like to change your queue settings, go into Settings -> Bittorrent, and define the limits you'd like to use.
For example, I have 1 active downloads and infinite active+upload.

No, you just have to use the qt6 version. This has been the case for a year+ now.

- switch libtorrrent version. either use v2 if you are on v1, or the opposite
- check your storage and file system

Make sure you allow qBittorrent in Norton, especially in it's firewall. Bonus tip: Please don't use Norton. The Microsoft anti virus that ships with Windows 10 and 11 for free is so much better.
