There are multiple folders.

%APPDATA%\qBittorrrent
%LOCALAPPDATA%\qBittorrrent

You need to save both, and replace both if you migrate/reinstall.

Where are you downloading the file to? Is it a local storage/SSD?
What are you trying to download? If it's a game or program, your anti-virus might interfere with your download.

You can always use categories - or if you don't want to affect your downloads at all - you can use the tag system. Just put "fav" tag on them, a torrent can have multiple (a lot in fact) tags.

Just put Automatic and Relocate Torrent. Once it downloads, it moves from incomplete folder to the Category-named folder.
