BTGuard keeps no log at all, and no one sees what you download (not even a portion, a filename) if you use the encryption with it.

That sounds really weird. Every application should flush writes and whatnot after closing. So your data should stay there.
Did you modify the NTFS settings on your computer?
Do you often have an electricity blackout?

What if you run qB from terminal? Do you get any valuable/usable output?
You could just paste what you get to pastebin.com (remember to paste it "Unlisted", and remove all your personal information.)

I hope you are aware that torrenting through TOR literally kills the whole network... :/

Just get a VPN who doesn't keep any logs and that's it.
