qbittorent 3.1.9.2 general tab availability not showing

In qbittorent 3.1.9.2 (windows 7 sp1) in general tab of paused file the availability is not shown details attached - ( for an ongoing file shows both download and availability info but for paused only download) .There is also no stable speed peers are lost in between but regains speed in between found. (trying to figure out)

This works as intended. Paused torrents are actually stopped, they don't connect to the network/trackers so they don't know the availability.
