Prevent merging trackers

How do I stop merging trackers? I want to seed the same file on two different trackers with two separate torrent files, but every time I go to add the second torrent they automatically merge.

You can't, but having two trackers for for identical payloads means your client IS doing exactly what you want to accomplish

Is it that you are thinking that the client reports the total download to both trackers? Because that is not what happens, the trackers themselves monitor the uploaded and downloaded data from any particular client on any particular torrent ID.
The data your client shows is "for your eyes only".
