progressbars look odd - Resolved

Post by rainbows »

hi,
Fedora 22 (yes i know) - boost 1.58 - libtorrent 1.04 - qt4

On fedora 21 everything looks fine and perfect however when i compile on 22 the progressbar for a download looks totally different (tiny little bar) and empties instead of filling.
Anyone know a quickfix how to get the good progressbar back ?

Thank you,

hi,

Fedora 22 (yes i know) - boost 1.58 - libtorrent 1.04 - qt4

So using qt4.8 (latest 4.x version), i am not able at all to compile with qt5. (neither on fed21 fed 22 or centos).

Using standard theme (on fed 21 all looks good on fed 22 it doesnt) . But you both made me think and i launched qtconfig (sorry didnt think of that one) and apparently the default theme on fed22 had some minor changes. Fixed.

thank you.

No probs. But could you share the theme's name? So we can also take a look.
(Not sure if the code contains any workarounds for qt engines though. I doubt that, since they come and go.
I still miss the glorious "skulpture" theme.)

You can use qt5 by configuring using "--with-qt5".
However it isn't advised. Here is a list that block qt5 for widespread usage on qbt: https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorr ... ocks%20Qt5
