No longer able to limit peer upload speed

Post by frogslegs »

Hi All

I have noticed in the newer versions of Qbittorrent - v3+ onwards that I am no longer able to limit upload speed to specific peers, is there s reason for this?

Thanks for a great program anyway

Check the libtorrent version, it may be something that is no longer exposed.

libtorrent is the Bittorrent protocol engine  (see Help -> About -> Libraries)

Though I'm not sure if or when where individual peer limiting was ever built in to qbittorrent, It is certainly not in the 3.2.3 version I have just built to check.

I downloaded Version  2.9.7 for windows and it is there, so it must have been removed for some reason.

can't go back to 2.9.7 in Mint  :-\
