I saw in the 3.3.5 change log this new feature:
FEATURE: Add option to bind directly to an IP instead of using a network Interface (Sjoerd van der Berg, sledgehammer999)

what does it mean, how do we use it?

thanks for the link. I do have 2 network cards, but one is never connected, so I doubt I'll ever need this feature.
