new unwanted folders

since 335 new downloads are created in new random name folders.
This is a trouble for people like me who use different installations in different Oss and resume from these partitions

Please consider an option to disable the random folders

Qbittorent wont create anything unless you tell it to?
Are you using automatic or manual saving system (this determines where the file goes, automatic uses categories, manual lets you pick)
I'd suggest you use manual in your scenario and disable things you dont need under options > behaviour/downloading tabs.

Could also be related to "incomplete files"

Disable the related option (Settings > Downloads > Keep Incomplete Files In... set same path as Destination Folder or uncheck)
