I think that the maintainers at Github (also sledge) are enjoying a well deserved short vacation period and will be back as soon as possible. I went on vacation too for 4 weeks myself.
Release of qBittorrent v3.3.7 will be first.

I am un-stickifying this, because it serves no purpose. Currently 3.4.0 is identical to the 3.3.x series. At some point I am going to just switch version numbering to 3.4.x.
So to get the most up-to-date code you should use the stable series.
If experimental/controversial features get merged I might consider providing an alpha build before releasing it in the stable series.

There are 3 PRs that I'll review today and merge depending on author feedback: #3858, #4084 and #4251
