Have downloaded and installed qbittorrent but as there is no Search button visible I cannot search.
Can someone put me on the right track to start downloading please?

Now have ver 3.3.10 installed with same problem - no 'Search' button at bottom of page.

This is some black magic computer wizardry.
I am pretty sure if you fully restart qBittorrent - you don't need to reboot.
But hey, if it worked...

Please accept humble apologies!! I have removed my last post, which was a mistake - I meant to post it on Ask Ubuntu.
As regards the big torrent problem, still the same as in my screenshot (above).
Should I try the alpha or beta version?

Nono, just the latest stable.
Have you enabled Search Engine under "View"?

I don't remember having to do that in past versions - but then I don't remember just about anything these days, must be getting old!
