[WEBUI] torrent management mode

The webui does not respect the default torrent management mode.

In the regular GUI:
Tools -> Options -> Downloads -> Default Torrent Management Mode = Automatic

However, adding any torrents via the webui will always be added as Manual management mode.

So when I'm using the webui, all torrents are unable to be sorted automatically into their own folders until I can go to the actual machine and manually sort them with the regular gui. And it creates a mess when there are many torrents as I have to go through each torrent to make sure it's in automatic mode and in the right location.

It would be cool if the webui can respect the setting of default Automatic
