Save config file in the same folder as the .exe

This is to prevent having to backup the config when formatting. I keep my qtorrent folder in another different partition.

Its the same process making backups from the Appdata folder where its currently stored.

What does that mean? What I want to avoid is doing manual backups. If the conf file is in the same site as the exe I wont need to make backups of appdata.

This is pretty much the only thing that keeps me from using qb, the chance of losing all config cause I forgot to backup the only program that needs a backup.

Take utorrent for example, if you put the configs on the same folder of the exe it will use them there instead of appdata.
