All torrents stalled

Just on monday I downloaded a bunch of tv shows however, since that day any torrents i've added just remain stalled and won't start.

I'm currently running 4.10 on Windows 7

this is my log, everything after this is just torrents being resumed.

edit: ok it appears to be a tracker thing

edit2: sorry guys, as a looooong time utorrent 2.x user, I didn't realise that torrent client updates need to be whitelisted first.  Please mod delete this post.

Brand new versions of a BitTorrent client can take days/weeks/months/NEVER to be whitelisted on private trackers.
