When High Load Network/CPU/HardDisk QBT4.1.0 places torrents in Error

Running QBT4.1.0 with a VPN (port forwarding enabled on the VPN) in a Windows 7(64bit) VMWare (Reserved 1 CPU/4 Cores @ 3.50 Ghz/8 GB Ram)
Normal use everything runs fine.
But when I also do some extra stuff on usenet (incl. RAR+PAR2+Posting) I noticed that all my torrents get marked as error (Bad Gateway).
Even when trying to do a force announce nothing happens,
But when I shutdown Qbittorrent and start it again everything runs fine again and all torrents are able to reach the trackers.
Nothing special in the logs

Never noticed this on 4.0.4.
So I switched back to 4.04 to give it a test and everything kept running and the torrents just kept seeding without an error.
