Update notification popup window

Sorry if this sound like a nitpick complain but I feel like this can be an important issue for many people.

The update notification popup is quite aggressive by showing up in foreground. When playing games, it kick you back to the desktop (alt-tab) to display it and can be quite annoying, especially when playing in multiplayer. It happened multiple times during the last updates, and in multiple different games so it's not an isolated incident.

I'm aware I can disable update checks in the option, but I want to keep that feature on. I am wondering if you could change the behavior of the popup, maybe by tweaking the existing one (setting an "owner" could fix this IIRC, so just not forcing the set the foreground), or maybe by using the Windows notification system instead just like the download completes notification.

On my Windows 10 this update dialog window never bothered me, i though it appear only when i open the app. You have W 10 too..

Yes I have W10 but no it's not just when you open the app, if it's minimized to the tray the popup window still get opened in foreground and get focused no matter what you are doing.

Again today, update 3.3.16 and it pop on top of my game.

It's probably not high in the priority list, but just telling you that this STILL happens today with update 4.1.1. It popup up in front of VLC media player playing a movie.

Please fix this.
