Location of the .parts file

I have a huge torrent (130GB) that I need to partially download as it's too big for the hard drive the default folder is on. I have "Create subfolder for torrents with multiple files" checked. As it turns out, the torrent itself contains a folder. So I have //Default folder/Torrent/Torrent. But the .parts file for this torrent is in the Default folder. Not a big deal, but I thought it would be placed in the subfolder qB makes, ie //Default folder/Torrent. I'm cool if this is just how it's supposed to be. I'm on Win 7, qB 4.1.1.
