qbitorrent download old deleted torrents from hdd

Hi. with qbitorrent 3.x.x when i deleted torrents direct from my folder, the program said thas there are an error. But now with 4.x.x if i do it, begin to re- download automatically .. And have to pause all of old torrents ... are anyway to avoid it?

And the last one...why created empty folders of old / inactive / pause torrents ?
