Qbit 4.1.2 Downloaded torrent moved to Inactive ?

Hi

Ran into some wierd problem , after the torrent is downloaded , its moved to inactive ?

Never had this issue in previous version ........

Anything that ive missed in the 4.1.2 version that need to be enabled ?
