odd problem with one torrent repeating to download

i'm having a very odd problem with just one torrent file it repeat downloads its self and at 86gb a time i'm starting to a bit upset,
I've tested on 2x pc's and same problem,,
i fully download it, the torrent finishes and then checks is self moves to it should to my finished folder,
once the check is finished it deletes itself from the finished folder and restarts yet again

all the rest of my torrents work 100%

1.Corrupt hard drive/s?

2.Trying to move the results to a drive that's TOO full? -- causing it to fail, mark the file/s as incomplete, then attempting to download those all over again!
