Why won't it let me choose the save path when I download magnet links?

When I use a .torrent file it lets me choose where I want to download the torrent but why is it when I use a magnet link, the "save path" option becomes not clickable?

The option always have been not clickable for magnets. Set your save path in Tools - Options - Downloads - Save files to location.

Because magnets, it doesn't know what it's downloading until it starts.

But I can do it on utorrent so there has to be a way.
