4.2.1 startup time very fast!

Do you have alot (4000+?) of active tasks ?

Anyone found 4.2.1 is really optimised (<5 min) for starting up and shutting down if you have a lot of tasks?

Interestingly, 4.2.2 or 4.2.3 is back to 15min+ startup time thou, which is a bit sad.

I have downgrade back to 4.2.1 anyway, since 4.2.3 is a bit buggy.
