qbittorrent run commands?

So at the moment i'm running Utorrent on my Windows server.

I was thinking to try out qbittorrent, but i'm not sure if it have any run commands?

I don't know if it's meant to run from command-line options like on linux but you can try these...

qbittorrent [--no-splash] [--webui-port=x] [TORRENT_FILE | URL]...

qbittorrent --help

qbittorrent --version

I have tried without any luck.

All i found out was "qbittorrent torrentfile" works, but i dont think i can be able to tell it through run command where to save it on the harddrive.
