if torrent stalled X seconds change status to Forced Resume

anyway way you could put in a simple if statement that says like:

if torrent stalled X seconds change status to Forced Resume

i've been using qbittorent for years now and i cant remember how long it has had this "Stalled" problem but it's still a thing for me even now
