Slow download speeds

My download speeds usually jump from 400 kbps to 1.4 Mbps. Recently though it's gone down to 50-100 kbps and I ran an internet speed test and got 14.5 Mbps download speed.

I mean, it all depends on the swarm/torrent too, but you can always go into Settings and set transfer mode to TCP-Only. It helps for some.
