Hi All!
Using the version 4.4.1 which I downloaded it in English. I didn't have that trouble before but now, after reset of my pc, & re-download, the language as it shows when I open it is in French. I don't know how to change it. I downloaded it in English lol. YELP!
I WANT IT IN ENGLISH ... can anyone take the time to guide me as I am (un)legally Blonde lol

Go into Settings -> Behavior (top-most icon) -> and Language is right there.
In French: Outils -> Options -> Comportement -> Langue.
"OK" is... ok. Then restart the client to fully reload the language.
