All files show in error section

Post by laz305 »

Somehow my external hard drives, 2 of them. Got the drive letters changed. I don't recall what the were and now when I open up qBit all files show in error section because they cannot be located. How can I find out what drive letter the files were attached too before? I have tried changing to a few I thought they were but files still show in error section highlighted in red.

Just put back the drive letters.
Press WIN+X, Disk Management, and you can right click a drive, Change Drive Letter.

You can also just right click the Start button and get the same.

If you can't find it, WIN+R: diskmgmt.msc

Thanks but I said I tried that already. Plus I do not know what drive letters they were. I have tried several with no changes to qBit being able to read and locate the files because it is looking for a specific drive letter that I do not know what it is.

I figured it out. I right click on the red highlighted file and select torrent options and it says the file location (drive letter) it is attached too.
