Whitelist per country

is there a way to whitelist peers coming from certain country ?
Doing this by p2p iplist is a bit tiresome.

i did an export from http://ip.ludost.net - i selected all coutries, but mine and add them to my local p2pblocklist.dat which i imported in qbittorent.
