Documentation for Torrent Creator

Can someone please provide a link to documentation for the Torrent Creator? I can't find anything on the wiki.

I don't know if it's presence but in a nutshell:

-Select the file (or folder)
-Select V1 (hybrid or V2 may be accepted but this is the safest)
-create the .torrent

Then follow the upload process on the tracker of your choice. These are the basics of course, you need more details?
