Portable Mode: How Do You Change the Icon?

I tried out running multiple instances of QB and I noticed that it changed the icon for the 2nd instance.

Or, an I change the icons entirely? I'm running 2 portable mode instances and I want them to have 2 different icons, like one has a red icon and the 2nd has a blue icon. It looks like the icon files are in the exe which I opened with 7Zip. Do I just have to replace them?

I'd probably use Resource Hacker, change out the icon and see if that works. Rudimentary but might just work.
