I see the Proxy option. (I can use HideMyAss Proxy List?)

So what should I pick? and how anonymous is it?
I usually create torrents and no choice but to seed for a while.

Use a VPN or Btguard. Latter is easier and quite cheap. It will hide all your traffic (even encrypt it if you want to).
