Download speed slow

I was torrenting from my pc fine for 2 years and now suddenly my download speed has dropped drastically to where there's no point. the speeds are fine on other devices on the same network and using a VPN didn't fix anything. When torrenting I have around 15ish peers originally all at 0 kbps except 1/2 then all peers disappear except the 1/2. Any advice would be appreciated

So, what if you add a torrent where you have many seeds, like a Linux ISO? Does that download fast?
