Semi-new user to qBittorrent, used it for movies on and off for a few years. I have a spare PC I want to turn into a seeding machine.
My ISP caps me at 100Mb/s Upload / 20Mb/s Download. After running qBittorrent for the past three days I can not step my upload above 2.5 Mb/s.
Port forwarding through TorGuard's VPN gave me an initial jump from .5Mb/s to my current 2.5Mb/s. I was forced to use a VPN that supports port forwarding due to not having access to my router (I'm in an apartment).
The following is what I have attempted to change so far to no avail.
Connection Limits
Global Rate limits. Infinity or 90% of Max make no difference.
I have changed some more settings but those two above seem to be the standard solution people preach.
