Default save path in QBT in Windows 11

Totally rephrasing my question:

Within QBT the folder specified as the default save path - let's call it 'Saves' - contains completed torrents.

How would QBT act if 'Saves', as well as containing completed torrents also contained another folder - lets call it 1 - which contained some more completed torrents?

Would QBT ignore the completed torrents in '1'?

Just use Backblaze if you want a full, inexpensive backup.
(I am a bit lost about the question though..)
