win10, qB 4.5.5, I'm new to qBittorrent and with a dark skin, .. loving it.
setting is 4 active allowed. Current is 10 queued. 1st is dl'ing, the next three are stalled. It seems the stalled torrents are counting as 'active' with respect to the settings. if i pause one of the stalled, the next in the waiting queue will try to dl.
So said more sensibly, a stalled torrent seems to count towards the maximum allowed in the settings, and there''s no progress to 'move on' down the list to find a seeded torrent.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but that doesn't seem to be a correct behavior IMHO, because if my setting is limit to 4 torrents, and 1 thru 4 are all stalled... i'm dead in the water, kaputski, no joy, starved, mayhem or worse... lol Actually, once my lone active torrent completes, that will be my situation; i'm on pins and needles to see what happens.
