Not able to access qbittorrent webui via local lan

Not able to access qbittorrent webui via local lan. I use to be able to access it but now I can't. I added a new computer to my network that was going to take over torrenting duties for my old windows laptop. However, I could not get the new laptop web ui to work and now the old laptop web ui no longer works. I tried opening up ports 80 and 8080 in Windows firewall but that did not help. I opened the firewall for the whole program and that still did not work. I tried to access it via http://localhost:80 and 8080 and neither works. I just get connection timed out. I checked bypass authentication for clients on localhost and that still did not work. I have it set to the ipaddress on my ethernet connection and it still does not work. I tried accessing the qbit web ui via iPhone and Mac and Windows and none of them work. Just keep getting server timed out. What can I do? I tried everything. I even installed an old version of qbit, version 4.3.5 and 4.1.2 and neither of those fixed the issue. I am open to anything at this point. Please help.

Update: I remove the ipaddress from web ui settings and now I can access it via local host but it still does not let me access it via another computer on the lan.

Update: I had my ethernet plugged into a usb to gigabit ethernet adapter and it did not work with this setup. So I plugged it into the built ethernet port and it worked. That's going to suck for my new laptop because it does not have a built in ethernet port. Now I am able to see the web ui on all devices.

Update: Rolling back the driver on the usb ethernet adapter solved the problem. Now the web ui shows up for all devices.
