docker版本没办法制作生成种子

前提情况
软件版本：qBittorrent v4.5.5 Web UI (64-bit) docker版本
硬件情况：笔记本和台式机还有NAS

使用困惑：
PC端（win版本）的4.5.5版本都能在菜单栏--工具一列中找到生成种子torrent
但是docker版本的4.5.5中菜单栏--工具一列没有这个功能

You can use command line tools like mktorrent or transmission just to create the .torrent file.
