Qbitorrent 4.5.4

Hello,

For some reason after edited the Schedule the use of alternative rate limit, I can't get more than 20k-30 KiB/s even after I changed it to 0, before initial rate could go up to 80k Kib/s download? is there a reset to qbittorent?
