Make it possible to add all plugins for installed search plugins in a checkbox in qBittorrent.

Plz and add a "Select all non private search engines plugins" button, and then "Install" and it installs all immediately.

The current way I go to the link and copy each Python script and add it manually into qBittorrent search plugins, which is time consuming for each new OS user I make.
