I want to limit the number of upload slots to 15 (or whichever appropriate at the time) to ensure adequate upload slots' speeds.
In Options -> Advanced, I made sure to set "Upload slots behavior" to "Fixed slots."
When I go to Options -> Connection, there are these 2 settings:
- Global maximum number of upload slots - set to 15.
- Maximum number of upload slots per torrent - set to 1.
It doesn't matter which numbers of these 2 that I set, they are not enforced. The actual upload slots are usually way beyond 15, like 60 to 80. Some torrents even have 2+ upload slots even though already I set the number to 1.
What is wrong? Is it me or is there a bug here? My version is 4.6.6.
