Why is it when I try to open a link to a specific thread in the forum, it just takes me to the main forum page?

I can see a URL on top of your browser, but it's "weird".
If I open a topic, its like this:

I don't know why the URL is like that either. I just know that where I got the URL that's the way they had it written there.

I don't know if it's because it's from a 7 year old forum post or some other reason, but I found another URL formatted just like that in a reddit post that was also from 7 years ago.
