speeds fluctuate quite a lot from slow to high back to slow
for some reason, lately the speeds have been fluctuating quite a lot, i have the speed capped to 20,000KiB/s so i can still use browse the internet while downloading things, ive tried redownloading qbittorrent thinking a setting was causing it but its still happening tried using bitdefender VPN (got a subscription to their software) and still weird download speeds, usually only download one thing at a time
