Announce Port issue

Hello -- I have qbittorrent set up as part of a Docker stack with various ARRs, and Gluetun with Surfshark VPN. I have port forwarding off on my router. I have changed settings with the WebUI in the past (months ago), but now whenever I try to change a setting it gives me a pop-up saying that "The announce port must be between 0 and 65535" and doesn't save the changes. It's entirely possible that something I've done in the past few months has caused this, but I'm not sure what specifically it could be. I ran some searches but didn't see any answers on this. Any idea what could be causing it? Thanks!
