Why does the % downloaded change back to zero even when a file is fully downloaded? In the screenshot the ones shown are actually 100% downloaded
[/quote]
Try to start the torrent again, it should start checking and show 100% if completed.

Re: amount downloaded changes to zero
Normally it should remember the amount downloaded.
After the recheck does it say 100%? If yes, it shouldn't download anything else.(even it goes momentarily to the downloading stage).
Why are you using 3.0.8 instead of 3.0.9?
Does this happen all the time?
Is by any chance qbittorrent not exiting cleanly when you shutdown your pc?
Open task manager and locate the qbittorrent.exe process. Then from inside qbittorrent exit the application. In the task manager the qbittorrent.exe process should disappear after a while. Does this happen or does it hang there? IMPORTANT: Do this just after qbittorrent has finished downloading a torrent. (This may be related to a recent bug).

Re: amount downloaded changes to zero
If this continues with 3.0.9 please do the last step I mentioned above. It will help debug this. Thank you.
Re: amount downloaded changes to zero
It may have happened from an older official update, this happened quite a while ago to me too, but so long ago I don't even have the torrent around anymore. But it probably was that it either didn't shut down properly or didn't carry the status from old version to new version.
