Can anyone explain to me how i can do if my isp block port 25?
can i change port in smtp settings in qbittorrent?
witch port do qbittorrent use?
have anyone any "public" smtp server i can use?

Just use gmails.

smtp.gmail.com

Click ssl, use authentication, then your login info. If you don't have one, make a gmail account. Username would be your full gmail address.
