Serious Issues with Trackers and sharers

@ sleghammer its not really been able really test your new work 3.0.10. think its not problem with his work think most sites are shut down trackers are not been able to connect even if the options are ticked. Dont know how this this comes up. but thanks for his effort and christophe . Is  there anything to do with listening port random or what?
