Update to 3.1.2

Have problem updating 3.1.0 to 3.1.2
apt-get install qbittorrent  give me the latest version installed but qbittorrent about shows 3.1.0.


Any idea how to update to latest ?

I'm on ubuntu 13.10

I noticed the version didn't change for me either, but was fixed after a system reboot.

rebooted system and still have the 3.1.0

Use the PPA. Currently the builds are failing for 13.10 for some strange reason. You can try to use 13.04 packages.
